Drop an Inch From Your Waistline
& Burn Belly Fat in Just 20 Minutes with This "Abdominal Workout"!

Below is a slim down secret workout that I have used to drop inches off of my clients (female and male: workouts don't discriminate on gender) time and time again. This is a workout that you can do in about 20 minutes. One of my long term fitness buddies Dave Whitley introduced me to this dynamic kettlebell workout. It is really a blast and the cool thing about it is you could even use a pair of dumbbells if you don't have the kettlebells.
As always I just want to reverberate that the point of this workout is to:
A. burn belly fat
B. become more healthy
C. get a lean sexy body
&
D. save time so you don't have to spend an hour in the gym.
I always have my clients start off with a few warm-up moves such as some joint mobility and bodyweight exercises for about 5 minutes. The workout then calls for a series of 5 super sets. Just to clarify a superset is when you do 2 exercises right after each other. The first exercise is doing a set of 3-5 squats while holding a heavy weight in front of your chest. Then after a 10 second break you will do 5 double clean and presses with again a relatively heavy weight (make sure that the weight isn't so heavy that it causes you to use poor form).
After each superset I have my clients rest for about 1-2 minutes and then repeat. We do this 5 times. Then I give them a generous 2 minute break from the weights and let them relax and mentally prepare their mind for the next segment of the workout. Actually this is one of the most important parts of any workout. If you don't prepare mentally you will fail physically.
Once I blow the whistle (I don't really blow a whistle, what do you think I am some kind of drill sergeant?) We begin with double arm swings for 20 reps. This really will knock the wind out of you if you are not use to them so I advise on having lots of water close by. The swing is such an effective move for not only burning belly fat but also for trimming and toning your legs and butt of unwanted saggy fat. This is why I don't stop after the first set of swings. I have my clients do 4 more sets of 20.
That sums up the workout but there really is a little more involved in dropping an inch from your waistline in the next few days. You need to (I know you have heard this a thousand times before) eat right. But c'mon you and I both know it can be very confusing and challenging to figure out what to eat and when to eat it and how much of it to eat. There are just so many choices out there on how to diet.
I prefer that you don't diet, but rather eat healthy to sustain life and health. It is also very beneficial in regards to burning belly fat. The more sporadic and radical your diet the more likely you will struggle in burning belly fat. This is why you need to follow a plan with a proven track record.
