Effective Stomach Workout Revealed To Flatten Your Belly

Summary

Do not be shocked when I tell you that doing ab exersices is not the best method to flatten your stomach.  Getting a thin mid section takes a combination of high intensity workouts.  While doing crunches may feel like it is working, you should actually be doing other exersices to shrink your belly.

There you go again, one after another, sweat drop after sweat drop doing those crunches.  I know they hurt and they are painful but are they worth it?  Are crunches going to flatten your stomach?  Well sorry to burst everyones bubble but doing crunches repeatedly is not going to flatten your stomach.  It is going to get those muscles in your stomach stronger but your stomach is going to stay the same.  So stop doing so many crunches and here is an actual effective stomach workout.

The most effective way to get your stomach thin is to do a combinations of workouts.  For those of you that do not have gym memberships you can just as easily get a thin stomach as those with gym memberships you just need to make this a routine.  So here it goes.  Do high intensity workouts to get your heart racing and pumping and begging you to stop.

My suggestion for stomach weight loss is to do some hill sprinting.  Go drive to a big steep hill and park at the bottom of it.  Then get out of your car and stretch of course (You are going to look like a stud when you do this).  Then sprint up the hill using all of your might.  This is an example of a good exercise to workout your stomach.

Sprinting up a hill is just one way to go about losing your stomach weight.  There are many others. 

flat stomach workoutSo you are asking, what should I do at the gym?  Very simple, try doing mountain climbers, body weight squats, push-ups, jumping drills, lunges, bear crawls, plank holds, and so on.  Anything to get your heart racing at a pace that is going to beg you to stop.  But of course you are not going to stop.  The point of these exercises are to shave off your fat on your stomach.  This is what these exercises are accomplishing.

Doing the exercises I listed previously are much more effective then having a routine to just run for 30 minutes at the gym.  Switching up what you are doing is key and is essential for a good effective stomach workout.  So stop with all those crunches and just do them sparingly because doing that kind of workout is not going to get you the flat stomach you are trying to achieve.
